Future Shorts returns in May with an extremely high calibre programme of short films and music videos including the 2007 CANNES WINNER ‘VER LLOVER’ (Watching it Rain) from Mexico as well as the EUROPEAN PREMIERE of Alma Har’el’s music video ‘PA BAILAR CON JULIETA’ for the Bajofondo Tango Club. Also check out German thriller (and international festival sensation) ‘Between Walls’ alongside the first in the cult ‘Little Minx Exquisite Corpse’ series, plus many more cinematic treats including an R.E.M. music video from ‘Son of Rambow’ director Garth Jennings. This is fresh cinema.

FUTURE SHORTS... RESCORED LIVE AT THE CAMDEN CRAWL

Future Shorts rescored classic short films live at the 2008 Camden Crawl by four exciting bands including:

Stages of Dan
Invasion
The Sleeping Years
and
Joana and the Wolf

On the 19th of April these 4 bands took on a very crowded Roundhouse as over 200 people filled the room they created the soundtrack live for films including Youth, Copenhagen Cycles and Journey to the Moon. This event is to launch the start of an exclusive Rescore event to happen bimonthly starting in June - in venues all over London, with lots of different bands rescoring not only short films but feature films as well. Keep your eye out for Future Shorts Rescore events coming soon...
